Pricing, Ordering, and Pickups
PRICING
Cupcakes are $25 a dozen for basic flavors listed above in the menu section. Special order cupcakes and decorated cupcakes are $35 and up depending on decoration, colors, etc. Those will be priced separately.
CAKES
The following prices are base prices and will change according to fillings, decor, fondant time ($35 hr), additions, etc.
5"- $35 (smash cakes with frosting only)
6"- $55 (serves roughly 18 when cut in 1" pie slices)
8"- $75 (serves roughly 25 when cut in 1" pie slices)
10"- $100 (serves roughly 31 when cut in 1" pie slices)
12"- $145 (serves roughly 37 when cut in 1" pie slices)
14"- $180 ( serves roughly 44 when cut in 1"pie slices)
Cake flavors available are: Chocolate, Vanilla, Marble, Lemon, Strawberry, Caramel, and Butterscotch.
ORDERING
When placing an order at Miss Sara's whether cakes, cupcakes, or both it is imperative that you finalize your order. Orders are finalized when cupcake quantity, flavors, cake size/s, pickup date, pickup time, and deposits are received. We cannot "hold" a date for you. Our schedule fills up quickly so please get all of the required information in to secure your order.
Once we have received your order, you will be given the pickup information which finalizes your order.
PICKUP
Once orders have been secured you will be given the option to choose which date and time that you would like to pick your order up. Miss Sara is available most weekdays until 6 pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 10:30 am. Choosing a day and time for pickup is essential to maintaining a steady and orderly pickup process for her, as well as her customers. There will be fees added if pickup times are not followed.
